Today is Loosen Up, Lighten Up Day.  Today is a good day to be Loose and Light because its a Monday, and everyone needs to loosen up and get ready to start the week off good.  If you start your week up loose and light you'll enjoy it more and since we don't have a full week its perfect to be Loosen Up, Lighten Up Day!
